I left you outside a Rolls Royce dealer.

In all probability most of us will never own what some would call the world’s finest car.

Even if we could afford an old Silver Shadow, it’s not likely we’d get one.

As we approached the Gravetye Manor I imagined it too would be pricey.

I wasn’t wrong.

Prices start at £850 per night!

If you can afford it they’ll be happy to see you after the new restaurant has been built.

The Gravetye Manor hotel can be experienced courtesy of their on line video.

It looks magical.

Mere mortals like Jim and I will get no closer than in this photo.

As we walked I silently abbreviated the name, to Gravy Manor.

Hence the title of the post.
