Pink Power
We picked the right week for our holiday.
I dusted down Roz’s bike, dismantled my road bike and took them both up to Aldeburgh.
Our first day out was a 20 mile loop which included Snape Maltings, several “By Ways” and two thorough soaking where agricultural crop sprayers encroached onto the rights of way.
Not that it mattered, the sun soon dried us out.
We were helped by the lack of traffic, and low speed limits engendering a sense of safety.
Perhaps the fact that most people in these parts are on holiday helped too, nobody seemed to be in a mad rush.
