Book Boost – Greensand Way

Next to seeing a rare bird the next best unexpected sighting on my walking trails is finding a phone box full of books.

This one was “over populated” and I was happy to oblige the managers of said box and removed two books to ease the crowding.

What I particularly like about these schemes is the way they save on waste, and also bless others. These mini libraries engender a sense of well being, and good cheer.

What a pity they don’t seem to exist in cities and towns where vandals would probably cause chaos.

This one is at Kingsnorth, which is actually south of the nearest big town, Ashford. More importantly I was now within an hour of Ham Street Station and the end of the Greensand Way.
