Walks across muddy fields for long enough and you’ll eventually end up in quaint towns and villages that may spring a few surprises.
Like this Austin A50, which more than sixty years after it first hit the road appears to be still in regular use.
A 1500cc engine pumped out 50 bhp, and allowed a top speed of over 73mph. A slight step up from the 1200cc unit in the cheaper A40 which my Dad once had.

What might be around the corner, apart from a stiff climb up to The Ridgeway and The North Downs.
