that awkward moment …

..when your coat doesn’t want to come off.

The lady in Costa was much happier after a few sips of coffee.

Whizzing in and out of Costa I’m pleasantly surprised by the soothing decor.

They also seem to match Waitrose for customer service.

That’s quite an achievement.
