Sitting outside the Tea Barn under a vine a blackbird kept me company.

I hadn’t realise they’re partial to grapes, but they’ll nick anything else so I shouldn’t be surprised.

Across the car park sat a high spec VW Golf, and with tones that matched the tree behind.

Duly rested I set out from Durleighmarsh, which entailed walking along the busy A272 before jinking right at Wenham Manor Farm to head south once again.

After passing a substantial house, and rusty old tractor I soon found myself on a fenced grassy track running alongside a quarry.

It ran through to Down Park Farm featuring a gloriously tall silo, and ramshackle collection of rotting commercial vehicles.
