Bounding up the hill and out of the mist.

Fallow Deer.

Two adults leading two young ones.

A moment later they were darting through the hedge.

When my uncle worked around “Maker” he pointed out the “Deer” road signs, and said he almost never saw any.

They are certainly here now.

God is my strong fortress,

and he makes my way perfect.

He makes me as surefooted as a deer,

enabling me to stand on mountain heights.
