Leaving “our” Meadow Pipit behind we walked on, with an eye out for the sea.

It was theoretically “in sight” behind the British Airways i360, but in truth we could only just make out the pencil like features of the tower about six miles distant.

Beside the A27 to our right (perhaps 3 miles distant) the AMEX stadium presented an incongruous silver oval.  It’s the home of Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club.

Neither of these man made structures mean much to me, but the uncanny shades of green from this angle certainly brightened my day.

Not that I was the only one.  A few yards from here people were enjoying  make shift barbecue, whilst others had a picnic.
