This afternoon we popped down to Wakehurst Place.

On this unusually balmy Winter’s day the car park was packed.

Despite my aversion for “honeypots’ I was glad we went.

Spring is coming.

The shoots of early daffodils were evident, and a Song Thrush sang in the trees above us.
