If you are anywhere near Exeter Cathedral in the next few days try and get along to see the 14 art installations depicting the Book of Revelation.

Having shown you the first of displays I now offer up the final artwork in the “Threads through Revelation” series.

“Look, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.

“Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city. Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.

“I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star.”

Revelation 22:12-16 NIV

If you’re nowhere near Exeter perhaps you can nip along to Worcester, Norwich, Peterborough or Salisbury in 2017 (God Willing).

  1. Sadly we are not in England. We have spent many happy years in and around Exeter and enjoyed some fantastic Carol services in the Cathedral. It always looks so beautiful at this time of the year.

    • I’d be happy to swap Exeter for some of the extra space (and lack of congestion) that France has to offer. Yes, that would be a perfect Christmas present!

      • Come on over! Spoke to our eldest daughter at Uni in Dorset this morning, she said it was very cold -7! 2C here, but due to climb to 13C by midday !!! have a lovely build up to Christmas xx
