It was such a nice day in Worthing that Roz and i decide to make the most of it and get out for a walk.

In fact Roz and I independently had a walk and bike ride locally before breakfast, it was so wonderful outside.

My plan was to make a more extensive recce of Hayling Island, but a wrong turn in Emsworth whilst looking for a coffee shop opened up fresh vistas.

Quite why I hadn’t anticipated a pretty sea-side walk just yards from where Tom and I had our coffee on Monday I don’t know, however we took one look at the scenery and decided to park up and walk.

Outbound we kept to the coast and made it to the Royal Oak at Langstone, and inbound we cut across inland to adda bit of variety.

Apologies for a monochrome shot from a sunny day, but I like the effect. Colour pictures to follow.
