One that got away.
A few weeks back we went to Champs Hill, near Pulborough and had a wander around the extensive gardens.
I was very excited to find three tiny Sand Lizards as I looked around the pools hoping to spot dragonflies.
These little critters were probably less than 3 inches long, and extremely scarce.
