Shouldn’t we get out and make the most of the day?

Of course, but the jobs needed doing first.

Take the lawn mower in for a service, and do a bit of DIY at home.

Then we can hit the road.

After all those howling gales a trip to the sea was in order.

We parked up in Rottingdean, a village on the south coast.

The pond here is on a hill.

As I waited for Roz to get togged up I took a moment to enjoy this pretty scene.

In the last century Britain has lost a million ponds!

Let’s give thanks for the few that are left, and try to protect them.
