Having climbed the numerous stairs I was able to re-enact a typical tube station shuffle.

There were way too many people to enable a proper walk around the  viewing platform.

Assuming you head left (like most people) you’ll not get the full swaying effect until you’re 70 per cent of the way round.

I suppose this elaborate structure is a bit of a gimmick, but I did see a Migrant Hawker looking for lunch.
