After apparently going the wrong way we discovered more “Coast to Coast” signs on a stile.  Phew, we really couldn’t see how we could have gone wrong.

But there was a barrier to our progress.

It had for legs, and stood very close to the official “Coast to Coast” route.

From 800 yards away Roz was sure it was best to play safe and turn back.

Like me she has never fancied being chased by a massive bull.

We approached, took a step over a low electric fence and safety.

Roz kept up a good pace.

After one muddy stile we were back on a tarmac road, and heading towards Ermington.

A private house had these delightful daisies outside.

Lovely.

  2. Love the photo.
Don’t you carry your red superhero cape with you? A bull shouldn’t be a problem.
